“Relationship Rules” Starts 2/10!

Are your relationships bringing you joy—or draining your energy?

Often, the hidden "rules" we create in our relationships shape how we feel and interact with others. In “Relationship Rules,” an 8-week transformational class, you'll uncover the beliefs that may be holding you back, learn practical tools to reclaim your energy, and discover how to create healthier, more empowering connections.

How many relationships do you have in life?

You might say a handful: your spouse, kids, parents, boss, and close friends. And that’s true. But if you think about it, your life is comprised of dozens of relationships. Each of these relationships operates under certain “rules” — rules that you’ve set, often unconsciously, about how things should go.

For instance:

  • As an empty nester, you might have a rule like, “My kids should call once a week.”

  • At the gym, your rule might be, “Don’t take loud personal calls next to me.”

  • In marriage, you might have a rule like, “We take turns on household chores.”

  • While driving, your rule might be, “People should let me merge onto the highway.”

When someone “breaks” one of these rules, it can change how you feel about the relationship. It can drain your energy, impact your mood, and even disrupt your happiness.

So here’s the question: Do you know what your rules are?

Most of us don’t, at least not consciously. We operate on autopilot, believing, “That’s just who I am.” But is it? Does it have to be?

Here’s the truth: You made up the rules.

And if you made them, you can also unmake them.

In this eight-week class, we’ll dive deep into the rules and beliefs that shape your relationships. You’ll learn tools to pause before reacting, gain self-awareness, and decide whether your rules are truly serving you. Spoiler alert: Many of them aren’t.

We’ll also draw on insights from the #1 New York Times Bestseller, The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins.

This transformative book teaches a simple yet powerful concept: focus on yourself and what you can control. Let others do what they’re going to do, and turn “Let them” into “Let me.”

Are you ready to uncover your relationship rules?

February is a month often associated with love and relationships. So why not start with the most important relationship you have — the one with yourself.

In this class, you’ll:

  • Identify the rules and beliefs you’ve adopted for your relationships.

  • Decide which ones serve you — and let go of those that don’t.

  • Discover empowering new beliefs that bring joy, love, and connection back into your relationships.

By the end of our eight weeks together, you’ll have clarity about your relationship beliefs, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the tools to create relationships that feel more joyful, exciting, and meaningful.

“Relationship Rules” starts Monday, February 10.
